WHAT WE DO

We endorse your vision with eye-catching design and beautiful imagery based on full CGI.

We work closely with business partners and we are flexible when it comes to the creative process. We create both full CGI projects that are 100% made inhouse and CGI scenes that agencies implement for their larger productions.

how we do it

Behind the concept of HOW are three foundations - our creative process, cooperation with the client and the software we use. Before starting the cooperation, we get to know the business partner, discuss his basic needs and clarify the brief. Usually we communicate via conference call to get to know each other better and further communication is by e-mail or through the Slack group channel. After determining the requirements and starting materials, we prepare an offer with a timeline. Following its approval, we start the project implementation. Depending on the type of project, we have different number of iteration turns.

We try to be as flexible as we can when it comes to formalities because we are aware that most often the agency is only an intermediary in front of the main client. We treat each project individually and I am looking for a convenient form of communication.

All ideas start in heads and on pieces of paper. However, when it comes time to implement the concept, we support ourselves with tools such as Cinema 4D, Houdini, Redshift and After Effects. The older team still remembers the days of 3dsMax and some even remember animations in Sketchup. Good old days!

FINALISING PHASE
Each project starts with understanding all of the client's guidelines and checking the materials received from the client to establish a timeline and budget for the project. We also specify with the client the required formats of the output materials. At this stage we initially determine the members of the team needed to carry out the project.

DELIVERY
We prepare an offer and define the timeframe of the project. We also establish the costs of assets which will be required during the production process. After approval by the client, we reserve time in the project calendar.
We discuss the details and the direction our team should take to ensure the end result meets the client's expectations. Most often we organise a video conference meeting with the team members who will take part in the project development process.
The team moves on to the actual execution of the order. Each new project presents its own set of challenges, so the key at this stage is to hold frequent internal team meetings to ensure the team stays on track and on target at the right pace. At this stage it is extremely important for us to be in constant contact with the client.
We provide the client with a preview of subsequent versions of the project or its fragments within the agreed deadlines. At this stage, the active participation of the client is essential so that we can continue the project.
After implementing all customer comments and achieving goals, the customer receives a final preview of the project. We make sure that the client accepts the result of the work performed.
The time has come to launch our render farm - the duration of this stage depends on the complexity of the project. Once all the footage has been rendered, the final editing and post-production also takes place.
After completing all stages of production, we deliver the ordered material to the customer in the formats selected by the customer at the beginning of the order. Materials are delivered in electronic form via cloud services.
