Lilly is a study built around a Lys Fantôme fragrance. We used a mix of tools to explore the intersection of 3D imagery and AI-generated characters.
We began with fully rendered 3D scenes - building glass surfaces, floral elements, lighting setups, and slow camera moves to establish the tone and texture of the piece. These environments set the visual language that everything else followed.
Closeups of glass refractions, blooming lilies and shots of AI-generated character come together in a quiet experiment on presence and perception. We wanted to blur the line between reality and the uncanny by achieving a realistic look of the character. To further deepen this interplay between the synthetic and the sensual, we orchestrated subtle gestures and micro-expressions in the AI character as she engages with the lilies: responding to their motion, and translucency. Each frame was composed to evoke intimacy and delicacy, allowing the fragrance bottle to emerge not as a product placement, but as an organic element within the narrative.
Through this convergence of CGI and AI, Lilly becomes both a commercial piece and a sensorial vignette.
