FAQ
Do you need a physical product or sample?
No. CAD files, packaging artwork or good photos are enough to start. A physical sample helps us match materials and finishes, but it’s never a blocker.
Can you work alongside our agency?
Yes. We often work with agencies on brand campaigns. We can take the brief from them, from you, or join both teams on the same calls.
Can you create variants for new shades or colourways?
Yes. Once the scene is built, new colours, finishes and limited editions are made in the same setup, consistent with the original campaign.
What formats do we get?
Whatever your channels need: a master film, cutdowns in 9:16, 4:5 and 16:9, and high-resolution stills for e-commerce, retail and print.
Can you keep a launch confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share any files, and nothing is shown publicly before your launch date.
How is a project priced?
Every project is scoped individually. Share what you have, even an early idea, and we’ll come back with an approach and a quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. You get a detailed schedule after the first call.
Do you use AI?
Only when you explicitly ask for it. By default every frame is built by our team in a traditional CGI pipeline. If AI tools suit a project, we agree it with you first, including usage rights.
